Its easy to be suspicious of smart devices, considering that every thing is becoming "smart." However is making a projector, smart a gimmick? Or is it actually useful?

I can tell you it is worth buying, that is if you want a Swiss army knife of a projector, because this Spro 2 does it ALL. It has 200 lumens, up to 120" screen. It is totally portable, it has auto focus and keystone correction. Wireless screen share, HDMI port, sd memory card slot, up to two hours of battery use. WiFi hotspot, battery bank. If you don't have the $500, you can always go to your cellphone carrier and do a monthly payment. It has tons of features. I have one and I really love it, it is really fun to watch movies or shows and fun to use too. Every weekend my family has movie nights and this is what we use...

i have the same projector for 6 months, but this morning i had the message saying "the projector light has been turned off to avoid overheating", but i live in New Zealand and there is no support, i already spoke with ZTE support online but no luck, you have any idea what could be this issue?
