We had set aside some of our olives to have them pressed for oil. We brought them to a very pleasant village, Göllüce, 10 km away from our town, to the Yıldırım Oil Factory. At the end of our journey through very pleasant village roads and olive groves, we returned home with 13 kg of oil for our 93 kg of olives. Since it was in season, I started making apple vinegar without missing a beat and I shared the full recipe of my much-loved vinegar with you. I hope you will make very delicious vinegars with the information and tips I have given and consume them with pleasure.

7 kilo zeytine bir kilo yağ çıkmış.. başka kanallardaki videolarda 4 kilo zeytine br kilo yağ alanlar vardı.. ama onların zeytinleri simsiyahtı.. sizinkiler yeşil çoğunlukta.. erken hasat olduğu için bu oranda sanırım. siz de böyle tercih ediyorsunuz sanırım..
