I still don't fully understand how this works... I understand hydrofoil to a degree... And I've seen the ones that you have to pump to keep them up/going. But I don't understand how the wing is so effective at keeping it moving and up.
Take 2:10 for example. She starts pumping, like I would think you need to do with a hydrofoil to keep it up, but it didn't seem like she needed to... Somehow, the wing is still providing lift? Even though shes not holding it in a sail/wind grabbing position...
I want to go do this so bad!
