Do you know if it is possible to remove the link "Open in SharePoint" within Teams, or to allow user to edit files (Excel file for exemple) but prevent them to move those files into another folder ?

Hello friend, thank you very much for the frequent teachings, they have helped a lot.
I have an unresolved issue: I have disabled users in the SharePoint Admin center the option to create sites. But I have verified that users creating a shared library on OneDrive automatically create a site on SharePoint. When disabling in the user's profile, when clicking on OneDrive, they are directed in Delve.
Is there any way to overcome this situation?
