After changing the position of individual notes in a bar, what happens when you resize the entire bar? Are your note position changes respected?

Hi Levi - Just bought GP 8 - so just discovered your very helpful video's - wonderful
I have one question if I may please - I realise you're a busy man.

How do you increase the distance between the notation an the tab - so it's not so cluttered ? - like you can in Sibelius - is that possible ??
Would really help me - I've been looking everywhere :)

Great work, Levi, as always! Have you experienced not being able to change the bar spacing on one line only (usually the bottom line) when in design mode? I've had this happen on a couple files since upgrading to version 8.0.1-28

Is there a way to manually slide notes/chords around on the tab? I want a couple notes before the 3 of the bar, but i keep synching me to the 3? I hope that makes sense

Seems like a no brainer, but if design mode also allowed us to space bars vertically on the page, that would be a simple win for everyone imo.

Guitar Pro 7 user here.
Whenever I transcribe a song I create parts for each instrument and my goal is to always try to fit the content into 2 pages, since I am printing the tab afterwards and my music score stand supports 2 / 3 pages and I don't want awkward page turns.
What I noticed quite often is that I'm losing a lot of blank space because of the distance between staves and GP7 does not allow me (as far as I know) to adjust this. Is there a way to adjust the vertical space between staves in GP8?

I totally agree with you about the inability to compress grace notes in GP 8. It really messes up the score unnecessarily. I love the features of GP 8 and hope they fix this issue in a future update. Even if they just make the default distance 50% smaller that would help. It can't be that hard.

Unfortunately, Guitar Pro 8 for Windows has a bug that makes the sound output choppy.

Thanks for the review... Looks like Arobas have greatly improved the ability to move notes around in the score... would be great if GP8 had the same note editing ability as Sibelius though... Just got my new version of GP8 and will have a tinker aroud with it
