I keep my options open until it’s clear that me and the girl I’m talking to are considering it mutually a starting point for dating, I was talking to this one girl when me and my girlfriend first were meeting each other. I had said that I had another girl who I kinda liked but if she was interested then I would say to her I couldn’t be more then friends, and then me and my girlfriend ended up starting to date, no drama, both mature people, and the two of them even became friends.
