Im using Emui 13.0 Nova 9 se and it was telling me I have a similar app installed and I couldn't proceed with installing any of the MicroG apps until I did the following.
1. App gallery
2. Installation manager
3. Installed app(started to uninstall all Google related apps that I use.
4. Re try installing the you then follow Richmond's steps
5. Enjoy

Thank you. Using this now on P60 Pro and Matepad Pro 13.2, both working. The phone is EMUI 14.2 and the tablet is Harmony OS 4.2 Still works for both devices.

Misleading title. This isn't actually "native" gms. It's still a workaround same as lighthouse but with a different base and app store. Real native would mean you use can install and update apps using the actual playstore app
