What I like to do. I use half a cup of cottage cheese (I use fat free) and then one scoop of whey protein and I blend it. I then pour it into a container and leave it in the freezer till it's frozen. And then I toss it in the fridge until it becomes soft like ice cream. It's worked for me. 😅 But it may vary.

I have a Cuisinart ice cream maker and Orgain strawberries and cream collagen peptides that I didn't find easy to use because I prefer plain for versatility. Now I can use it up!
