These players are amazing - Leif David (LB) Ipswich, Jordan Brown (RB) Barnsley, Alex Scott Bournemouth, Adam Wharton (DM) Crystal Palace consistent performers in all my saves

I like Nikola Stulic a 21 year old Serbian striker from Charlerol in Belgium a lot, I signed him at Club Brugge for around 1-3 million and I ended up winning the UCL with him scoring around 100 goals in around 200 games played with an average match rating of 7.4 over 3 seasons.

Mario Gila, usually in the second season on the transfer list for 3-5 mio but a decent centerback and future captain for most teams with some potential to improve.

I m in my 14 seasons with barca. Kept Fort for a few years before having monster regens. He was geting 15 to 20 plus assist plus a few goals per season. I still call him up in spanish team

I have transfer budget of 38 Million. When my scouts come back with a list of potential choices, their top choice is always for a player who has a high transfer rate that’s double of what my budget is (say approximately $80 Mil +). When I select the option from the comparison-> other players, it still returns a list of players that are out range. Even when I select “Players in range”, it still brings back players that are more than my transfer budget, (even tho there are some cheaper players). My question is: How are players that are more than my transfer budget considered to be in range ?
