Assan Ouedraogo by a country mile. Even in saves where his potential was on the low end, he still went on to become a world class midfielder for me in multiple saves. Perhaps most importantly, he was as consistent as they get in big matches, and regularly came up clutch for me.

Patrick Berg! 25 year old versatile CM, with model citizen personality and good leadership and teamwork. His CA is perhaps a bit low for top clubs but he absolutely outperforms it due to how well optimised and well rounded his attributes are. He's a starter for most mid table teams in top leagues and a key squad player for the top clubs, with the ability to be captain for years.

My top 2 FM24 players: Tommaso Baldanzi and Josh Doig! Had never signed either of them till this year but they were the first two signings in my Ajax save and we went on to dominate the Netherlands and become one of the top European sides

Oscar Gloukh has been unreal in my save and has a tiny release clause at Salzburg compared to his ability - I signed him in January 2025 and he was already a leading premier league player

Xadas has been my favourite player since around FM17, guy is an absolute beast and will go to most teams for a decent fee

not some hidden gem but joao neves has to be the best bwm, dlp, bbm, mezzala, literally any Dm or Am slot he’s elite in i can’t get enough of this guy

A different angle - Lyle Taylor (AMR/SC) 33yr old Montserratian international with 13 caps and 10 goals (Trained in and also work permit exempt in England), available as a free agent, has 14 for Agility, Acceleration, Pace, Work Rate and Flair, no physical under 12 (except for Natural Fitness at 11) a well-rounded player with 17 Penalty Taking too, plays well as a Advanced Forward or Inside Forward/Raumdeuter (the latter working well so far for me), willing to sign for League Two (I did as Wrexham) but could easily play in the Championship or a back-up in the Prem.

Pio Esposito..he has scored 50+ goals for me for 3 seasons in a row with Brighton.. PL and UCL machine!!

Harrison Murray-Campbell (Chelsea youth Centre half), at the start of my new save (saving Chelsea FC) Disasi and Chalobah got injured and cos the transfer window was closed I had to look to my youth academy for help. He didn’t just help but made his debut against spurs (beating them 3-1) and is averaging a 7.06 being just 17 and one and a half star rating. He then scored his first goal against a string United side and asissted twice against Palace in 2 different games.

Simone Parfundi - imo the best AM in the game. 35+ G/A per season every season. Can be picked up fairly cheap or if you're me, you splurge your entire budget on him.

Evann Guessard - £3.5m of goals. Easily bangs in 20 a season in the PL. For a mid table side he's a goal getting god.

Isak Hien is a big boy of a center back that has always given my 5-8 goals a year off of set pieces. He is relatively cheap and highly recommended

Hugo Félix, João Rego, João Veloso, these kids play for Benfica B squad, and are total beasts for their age.

Joao Neves becomes one of the best in the world very quickly. Started for my Liverpool side since he was 18. Assan Ouedraogo is another absolute stud. Both of them are overpowered.

For someone that's a little older, I'll throw out French 22 year old Valentin Gendrey. He's a fullback on Lecce when the game starts. I signed him to be a backup to TAA for $6M and he ended up being literally the best backup I've probably ever bought in any FM. His hidden attributes are phenomenal, has 19 determination in my save, never complained for more playing time, worked on new traits on his own (which I didn't even know was a thing until him) good mentor, etc. He averaged a 7.22 rating over about 25-ish matches a season. Sold him to Barca for $38M a couple seasons later. He can easily start in the PL and do very well. Never heard him mentioned anywhere though.

Daniel Kelly is a brilliant talent, developing very quickly and becoming a key player in the first team in just a few years

Michael Olakigbe from Brentford has to have elite hidden attributes. Always puts in an elite shift whenever he gets on the pitch

Sergio Camello for me has been world class, 4 seperate saves and he bags 35+ goals a season. in the start of the game he is available for loan.
