Do you even sweat???

Yes, sweating is a good indicator you worked hard (sort of) but not everyone sweats or sweats a lot. Is there reason to be concerned if you’re not sweating during a workout? Not really. With that said though, there could be some potential issues, so you should see your doctor to rule out anything serious.

Some less serious reasons could be:
Workout environment- AC/Cool spot
Dehydration
Lack of intensity
Genetics
Easier workout

Some more serious issues are:
Damage to sweat glands
Neurological issue
Nerve issue

The key thing to note about not sweating is to not sweat it! Don’t think you’re not going to get results, or that you’re not working hard if you’re not sweating. That’s not the case unless it’s a lack of intensity that is the problem.

The one thing to be attentive to when working out is to avoid overheating the body. If you’re overheating during a workout, stop whatever you’re doing and take a break in a cool environment. If it’s extreme, take a cold shower or wash your face with cold water and drink plenty of fluids. You could even use an ice pack for a few minutes or a cold towel.

Though not sweating is usually not a big deal, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor about it.

you're supposed to sweat atleast 2 or 3 times a week. try not taking long breaks between exercises. switch off fan if you have one. don't wipe off your sweat. let it flow. once you start sweating don't go easy. push yourself. sweat more. remove a lot of toxins. if your face glow after a workout, you're definitely working hard.

During basketball I would sweat like a demon, but now when I do workouts and really push myself harder than I did then, I dont sweat, idk why

Okay, but why do I not sweat much when working out but then it seems like the second I stop working out i start dripping sweat 😭😭 why is it backwards

Borned in a hot country and moved to a 4 season country. Im really like a desert animal. I also stop sweating from lifting weights. I also dont get how people train in cold wheather.

I don’t sweat and a lot of times I begin to feel like I will pass out. Also while exercising and not sweating my head starts to feel real strange :/ My mom and her dad (my grandfather) also don’t sweat....so genetics?

People do sweat when they push themselves, your body over heats and you start cooling off, if you aren't pushing hard enough then the workout is probably bare minimum, I have a friend that works out for 3 hours, ans never swears, he works out with 10 pound dumbells.

Sir, my problem is really opposite of urs. I sweat even if I stand for secs in outside wether it's sunny day or cold day 😢😢😢
