Emma is my favorite JA novel, and I can find something to recommend in all period adaptations of the novel. If you can find it online, try the 2009 BBC miniseries starring Romola Garai and Johnny Lee Miller. It has more time to go into details than the movies. The language is slightly modernized while respecting the original work (unlike Netflix's Persuasion). The actors are delightful and have a great chemistry. Even more minor roles are exquisitely cast (e.g., Michael Gambon as Mr Woodhouse).

We will have to disagree on Netflix's Persuasion. It's an abomination totally disregarding Anne's character as depicted in the book. Instead of quiet dignified introverted Anne we got a girlbossy sarcastic socially awkward drunkard. That said, I enjoyed the video. It's always nice to hear different opinions.
