N eely was a career criminal. Give this Marine a medal, he was looking out for other people. Neely should have been in jail or a mental institution. If you want to blame someone for his death, blame the officials that let Neely walk the street.

Only in a Woke City can you have a mountain of corpses due to the high homicide rate.

But Heavens forbid someone dies while you're suppressing them after they were attacking others on the full video.

There’s people who yell and scream on the bus all the time on my way to work and everyone just ignores them it’s typically the non-homeless people I’ve had to step in for assaulting women or fighting another guy like, really??

I feel so sorry for him, charged and handcuffed with hands behind back not in front which is more comfortable, police have a choice how to handcuff. What do you want to bet this young man never ever steps in to help anyone ever again whose life is under threat? Is it any wonder the criminals are as brazen as they are, they won't get arrested, persons trying to stop them will.

“There was no attack”……ask that of the elderly woman he punched in the face……

Instead of donating money to this guy's defense, for those who are saying they are, consider donating money to a homeless program? This guy will have a defense I'm sure while many homeless will have no one defending them.

This whole situation was accident, and I felt sorry for both sides.

How many of the victim’s family members let him stay in their house over the past year?

If someone is throwing threats it’s enough to step in. Try to walk up in a street to a cop and tell him you gonna kill him.. Giving someone in such mental condition a place to stay it’s “taking care of him” it’s just a basic family responsibility which you shouldn’t bring up.

What gives these vigilantes the right to take his life and the other two men that were holding his arm needed to be charged too

Apparently he was just doing his duty where his training kicked in. I have black friends and ironically they're more racist towards these types than I am. Perhaps because my proximity to them has always been at a distance.

This hero wouldn't be charged with anything. If he were a black thug. It's BS

Ridiculous yeah they don’t want to talk to somebody that’s crazy or possibly on drugs ….. it seems like you’re blaming everybody else but your client

Id like to ask him why he decided to choke him out instead of holding him down. That move can kill he was even warned on the car. I mean where has this guy been in the last year or so not to know choke hold can kill. He stated he was worried others would be harmed yet from listening to what Mr Neely was shouting it looks like he was asking for help and possible suicidal or self destructive

Why is it that 24yr looks like add 10yrs?

But regardless hope it's far and NOT political. But sadly I feel it will be political.
