Sorry. I don't understand why people do this. My menu doesn't look anything like that. I did find the cam permissions and set everything to off. Still works great. There is no disable button. "This works on any Android device" but it actually doesn't. I'm pretty sure at this point the only solution is to take a small screwdriver and poke it into the camera until it breaks.
