T1 FIRES COACHES - Discussion & Future

There are a few mistakes regarding information in this video. 0:30 Zefa was an ex-coach in 2019, but Daeny was never in T1 or SKT, at least not in the LOL team. Daeny first entered the LOL scene last year with Damwon. He was a PUBG coach I believe. 2:45 Moment was in T1 since 2020. He was signed together with Coach Kim and Comet. However, Stardust was only signed this year.

Here is my take on this.

DWG followed all the gameplan the Daeny and Zefa said to them and they executed beautifully and expertly making them dominant last year crushing LCK and winning Worlds.
T1 didn't followed the game plan even though the draft is saying so because they know that its not they're specialty nor they are comfortable with it which is a possibility.

Now this should have been discussed and have been agreed between players and coaches. Yes, the coaches have the plan and draft but if the players knows they can't do it, shouldn't have been done the first place. Now, if the coach knows what the players are comfortable with the game plan, players should follow the game plan.

this is a two way relationship and both parties are partially to blame. The T1 org agreed more on players side since it was harder to find another great players to be on the roster rather than coach which they can put on the top instantly like moment. Having 2 - 0 in KT match maybe a good sign but fans are blaming all in coaches which should not be because its all about compatibility and cooperation.

with young coach stradust and Moment, T1 playstyle is change and its really work with their aggro Jungler. hope they will win upcoming 5 games without single lose and make it to world again.

We need to be sencere, the team was playing really bad and there was no signs of improvement. Plus Faker dosen't agree with them. I think It's normal. If you can't get the results that we want; you're out.
But for sure there's a lot of things that we don't know and Faker knows xd.

on a side note, the LEC is kinda going to be predictable, RGE 1st, 2nd MAD, MSF 3rd, G2 4th, FNC 5th and Some other team 6th. RGE will pick MSF leaving MAD vs G2, G2 will win and so will RGE locking in worlds, Fnatic will win against the 6th seed but fall again to MSF and then MSF will lose to MAD with MAD locking into worlds, then G2 will win against RGE leaving a RGE vs MAD where MAD will win against RGE and then a coinflip finals
