Awesome to see you didn’t get skunked. That 10ft Rockaway SP is such an amazing rod.

and I really appreciate out of all the channels angler channels that is you still provide us with the rig and all you use you even throw in high tide low tide temperatures and measurements appreciate that so much it's good to see that when you're a new angler like myself

Hi Benjie, watching your videos is a blast, thanks. Here's a question: Do you sometimes cast heavier metal lures, like say old fashioned Kastmasters? Do you ever get the urge just to tie on a 1 and 1/2 ouncer and just cast as far as you can? Just for the feeling of that super long cast and reeling in that heavy lure and feeling the wobble and bend in your rod as you reel in? Besides that, do spoons and jigs even have a legitimate place in your arsenal when targeting surf perch and stripers off the beach? Or is there simply not a need for them any longer, ever since very effective shallow diving hard bodies lures like the Lucky Craft were engineered and put on the market? Thanks again!

What do you think about throwing a floating jerkbait 1-3ft in the surf instead of a lucky craft?

Can't read the "Tips" because of the white lettering on a light background

Very good details about reading the surf. How do you like the long butt on that rod?

Why aren't you in the water? You always go in up to your waist at least.

All that fancy equipment doesn't make you a fisherman, so why do we care!!!
