You are accomplishing something amazing Nada. I pray your emotional well-being stays in a good place and even if it ever dips I pray it recovers quickly. I think you are doing the best thing in terms of actually trying to enjoy some of your courses which is the best way to get through Uni because the work is so difficult. Please take care of yourself and I know you have the strength to keep going. This is random but if you ever want to try and stop yourself from overthinking try bouldering and go with a friend. It had honestly done wonders for me and it is a technique based thing not a strength thing. I know you said sports weren’t for you but I would try this one x
