Turkey local elections: Vote is a major test of Erdogan's popularity

Vote-counting is under way in Turkey’s municipal elections.
The ballot is widely seen as a test of current President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's popularity.
The opposition controls most of the big cities, including the economic hub of Istanbul and the capital, Ankara.
