Had this role thrown in my lap recently because of a company shake up. Background is Helpdesk T1-3, Applications T1-2 and a Systems rollout (12 years between all roles). Jumping into the shark tank with this so hopefully my past roles give me some skills needed. No degree, just a decade of experience in the tech field.

I've worn a lot of different hats throughout my life in the tech field. For some reason, I was never content. I couldn't see myself doing a specific thing like that long term. I spent a lot of time researching new tech, staying up on trends, learning all different aspects of a tech stack. Little did I know, I was prepping myself to become a systems analyst. A year ago, I had no idea this was even a thing. Right now I'm getting enrolled in WGU to get my bachelor's in IT and moving forward with this exciting new career path. Can't wait!

Yeah you don't need a bachelor's degree. You definitely need to be smart and have experience but you don't need a degree . I would learn how to deploy a firewall how how to configure configure unify systems And how to use An RMM
