I would still prefer the PC version over the console version just for the fact that I can just settings to get the best FPS I want and if any problems show up I can at least mod the game to fix some of the problems.

5080 by far. In COD, Native 4K Low settings gets me a stable 240++ fps. Double of what the ps5 can do upscaled.

Man, I have a 4070 Super and a PS5 pro and the difference between them both is night and day! Cyberpunk on the pro looks like a PS3 game, all dark, lacking definition and with a poor "Raytracing" whereas in the 4070 super everything maxed out on ultra including path tracing it looks like a real game!
