I am Iraqi and I do not understand the logic of the USA Administrations policies toward Iraq. On one hand, they say, "The United States supports the sovereignty of Iraq, its independence and the integrity of its territory.", but on the other hand, they support a regime in Baghdad that is run by the Iranian Agents and controlled by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
