I remember a time on Tumblr when simmers would always HAVE to mention how small their cc folder is. Like "Oh my folder is 1gb when it used to be 10gb idk how I did it 💀" Then it became a "challenge" to use as little cc as possible. It was so pretentious. 😭

For like three years I didn't use any cc. Then I needed a bucket hat really bad and now cc is my addiction lmaoo

I try so hard to only use Maxis Match CC and then I see the beautiful hairstyles like you used here 😭

I have 120gb only for CAS. Not a single cc for build&buy

And I love it! Desperately waiting for my new pc.

Guess it's the one thing that satisfies a hidden wish for shopping what I can't do in real life.

I enjoy organizing it, renaming it, deleting swatches I don't like. Hunt for old and lost cc.. It's addictive for me. I can just do this for days without even opening the game. I can't help myself. I just love it 😍

I can’t use cc …like who is even having these conversations? I’ve only ever seen simmers using cc get mocked for it when it comes to builds. But when it comes to CAS y’all are good like who cares.

Ever since I downloaded CurseForge and me figuring out how to correctly use mods, I could care less how much storage my cc folder is taking up 😂

My computer can't handle the amount of cc I want currently, but when I get a new one it won't sound like it's crying for help whenever I open Sims 😂

The first cc I got was eyelashes.. and then I couldn’t stop from there. There’s so much cool looking cc out there lol

i didn’t play sims for a longg time and recently i got on and i was trying to make myself because i was bored, and i was looking for my hair (i have shoulder length hair thats very very curly) and i could not find anything remotely like my hair…sooo while i was on the phone with my boyfriend, i said to him that the next day im gonna attempt getting mods because i was very upset…..soo i took almost all morning the following day trying to figure out how to get mods and with a little bit of help from my older brother i was able to get cc and now my cc folder is slowly expanding … i found my hair type and i was sooo happy. i 100% recommend cc for sims, its soo amazing and im obsessed with sims now..<3

I just started using the Sims and I found out how to download mods clothes hair and more FYI once you start u can never back it's addicting.

Personally i would but all the cc i use in my folder refuses to exract i only have a mod where my sims get thirsty and my sims brush their teeth

in 2020 i started with alpha cc, and now im actually very good at using maxis match cc :D
