Jewelry owners/workers go thru training to identify, detect, and deter these types of incidents. This owner looks like he's been around the block. Why did he turn his back on that box which happened to have 100k worth of goods.

Maybe it would’ve help if he had a second pair of eyes at the store instead of working by himself, in a store with inventory over 100k. I get it, owners don’t want to spend money on help, but here he is losing (store value) 100k, I’m sure street value won’t be 100k.
