Thanks Liam! I'll do my best and I'm glad reddit helped you find me. I seriously cannot thank reddit enough for all of the support they've given me.

It doesn't need to completely cover it as long as the chicken is in the liquid you should be fine (you can always stir the mix around every hour or so if you're worried)

Hi Phil! Thanks for the kind words. I haven't competed in anything bodybuilding related YET however I think I may give it a go fairly soon - not to try and go pro or anything but more or so a long the lines of "practicing what I preach", to prove that I can make all these recipes and still get into contest shape without sacrificing as much as some people think you need to sacrifice (not everyone).

Thanks! I believe this time it was 13oz per container. What I do is usually guess and divide them up by weighing each one. At the end if there's extra then I'll add a bit more to each or if there's not enough then I'll take a bit from each one. Hope this helps!

Wow! Around here it's sometimes on sale for $1.59/lb. I guess I should be thankful considering the amount of chicken I go through a week.

Absolutely! Adjust times accordingly depending on the method you use.

Thanks jayrocs! You could throw some sriracha in if you want. I actually like throwing some on afterward if I want a bit more kick to it! Love that stuff as you probably know by now!

i like that you added the comment about getting vinegar with the mother in it. I have been making fermented foods for some time now and it is another great tool for weight loss. Thx again.

Thank you :) - Me too! You can use a regular BBQ it will still come out great however I prefer the "sweetness" in the hickory & brown sugar combined with everything else. If you buy regular BBQ you could always just add the extra ingredients in to make it hickory & brown sugar though some come loaded with brown sugar already (look on the back)!
