Throwing away sourdough discard is heart breaking, so the more recipes we can find to use it up the better.

This recipe is best when you collect your discard for a few days so the gluten has really broken down, as you discard keep adding it to yesterdays discard so the discard feeds the discard - if that makes sense then you can make a bigger batch of there crackers.

MY EQUIPMENT

RECIPES

240g Discard
60g Bread Flour
4g Salt
40g Water
- Mix together
- spread on non stick mat
- sprinkle with seeds
- bake at 170 for 14 minutes turning halfway
Linseeds
Sunflower Seeds
Cracker Rye
Onions Seeds
Oats
