The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and the GMC Sierra have been recalled six times so far in 2014, giving them the dubious honor of being the year's most frequently recalled vehicles.
And it doesn't stop there - the two trucks have been recalled nine times since they hit showrooms 12 months ago.
The Silverado and the Sierra are nearly identical - they share the same frame and many of the same parts and design features. GMC's Sierra is essentially a high-end, higher-priced version of the mass-market Silverado.
They may need lots of repairs

Subaru's AWD is becoming less of a rarity, and as we embrace hybrid power systems the weight gets better-distributed around the vehicle and the advantage of "Subaru Symmetric AWD" diminishes. For example, an Audi with Quattro and a V6 (not the V8) actually has a very similar weight distribution profile...

I can't believe they got a facelift with only 2 years on this new model.  The modern look gonna dated fast.  The old school square face won't date as fast. I have the 2015 model. The only problem I have so far is that a peeble the size of a pencil tip cracked my whole front window.

Wow the 2016 Silverado grill looks hideous. At least GM got it right in the 2014/2015 models.

Given a plastic road would degrade in similar ways to concrete or bitumen, how can the environmental damage of tonnes of plastic chips washing into waterways ever be accounted for? Bitumen is perfect - the gravel that comes out of a degrading road is just naturally occurring rock. And rock without much in the way of nutrients that can upset ecosystems as it degrades.

How would the plastic react to spilt oils and fluids dropped from aging cars?
