Recently discovered that our bodies naturally produce melatonin and it comes from exposure to sun light! For years I wondered why I slept so much better in the summer, it is Seasonal Affective Disorder. Extended release melatonin is my go to or cbd gummies with melatonin and valerian root. Can't say that MS causes my brain to stop telling my lungs to breath but Im wondering if that form of sleep apnea might be related. Look forward to more videos.
