Place the pulleys on a low position below your knees and cross your arms grasping a single handle with each hand. Place your feet hip distance apart with your body equidistant between the two pulleys and your knees slightly bent. Bend at the hips so your body is angled forward as close to 90 degrees as you can come. Begin with your arms crossed out in front of you. Create a slight bend in your elbow and raise your arms up simultaneously to your sides at until your arms are shoulder height. Proceed to return your arms back down to the starting position in a controlled motion.
