Your videos helped me gain the courage to confront my narcissistic ceo with the problems he was directly causing me and others, and by extension the whole company, and when he made zero of my recommended improvements you helped me to quit without fear (followed by about 80%! of that company over the next 6 months - so really, people quitting allowed it to feel easier for others to quit so you helped a LOT of people). They are not the same because your personal value is a measurement of your morals and ethics, while your value to the marketplace is a measurement of your growth and development professionally

I definitely can relate to your talking points. I had a similar experience with my pitching coach during my customer discovery course. We really must appreciate all of the coaches patience and techniques. Because I did so well so fast, it took me awhile longer to really wrap my head around some of her very simple and straightforward advice.

Being teachable is important. I always try to learn more about the business in addition to performing well at the job, to get a greater appreciation for the company. Not all businesses support good attitudes if it doesn't come with other things they want..

I'm learning. But it's hard. If you have low self-esteem and don't show it, like me, the other person doesn't realize you're sensitive to that. And things are not getting better when you shut yourself off - learned this the hard way.

It’s easy when it’s somebody’s story… some teachers are bullies because they can, they talk with emotions and attitudes even attack and mock … it’s hard not to feel bad.
