I speak the language at 2:22. Some of you may have hear of the dish "döner/doner", it's literal meaning is "rotates". It is called so because the meat rotates as it cooks so all sides of it can be cooked equally. "Porsiyon Döner" means one serving of döner. "Pilav üstü" is pretty much "over rice" as in they put cooked beans, chickpeas or meat on top of cooked rice.
İskender is the Turkish spelling for the name Alexander. For example, Alexander the Great is called "Büyük İskender". İskender in this context is a delicious meat dish that was invented by a guy named Alexander, so he named it after himself. "Eti Bol İskender" means İskender with extra meat.
