You know as a man I was taught not to cry as most men are. I went to a mens getaway retreat for the church and a man got on stage in front of hundreds of men, and young men. And spoke about how he just lost his daughter. He started crying and so did other men in the room… I thought wtf, we men what y’all doing?!?!? And you could see most of the younger men felt the same way than he described how Jesus wept and would cry. And how it was okay to cry. Was a powerful statement that a lot of guys don’t hear.
