How to Make Mint Simple Syrup

When it gets hot in the summer I like to cool down with a cool drink. I also like my drinks a little sweet. So when I want to sweeten my summer drinks I like to use this mint simple syrup recipe. It’s easy to make. It adds a little sweetness and mint to my drinks.

this method is spot on for getting the oil out but if you also wanted the colour just throw it in a vitamix and run it through a fine mesh👍
