How to Turn On Comments on Youtube iPad (tutorial)

I'm pretty sure that many people use their iPads to run and operate their youtube channels, iPads are portable and easy to use so it makes sense of course.. but there are some things and features that people don't know how to access and that's ok. In this video, I wanted to show you how you can add and enable comments under your youtube video.
