OBLIGATORY: dudes name is "C13b9b11" but that is impossible because in the worlds of music theory the b11 is enharmonic to the natural third which is already included in the C13 part of the notated chord. The chord notation is just straight up wrong. #11 would have been okay, b13 would have been okay. b11 is just completely ignorant to the nomenclature of chords in music.
