I remember playing Silent Hill 2 on a tiny 13" TV on my neighbors front porch on a bright summer morning. Whatever crawled out from under that car when i walked past scared me bad enough that i remember it 20 years on. Now my TV is much bigger and my heart, much more prone to failure. My wife may cash in sooner than she thinks on my insurance policy lol 😂

I thought during the Silent Hill “Transmission” they had announced 4 new Silent Hill games. Silent Hill 2 Remake, Silent Hill:f, Silent Hill:Townfall and Silent Hill:Ascension. Also the new Return to Silent Hill film directed by the person who made the first Silent Hill film(the better of the two). I think the Ascension game is more of an experience, not quite a game. But unless they have already been cancelled there are 4 Silent Hill games coming!!

I would love to play with a horror game like Sherlock Holmes but instead of a detective being a priest in Victorian Britain who does exorcisms.
And in order to be able to successful cure a demonic possession the priest would need to uncover the truth behind the reason why each person got possessed in the first place.
Gathering clues, interviewing people and slowly reveal the secrets. All that with dark Victorian environment, exciting story and eerie music.

New generation of horror games developers does not know how to add depth to the game. They are shallow, hollow, with no cultural background at all. If they could make a game about themselves, that would be the most terrific game ever.
