I was an idiot...started experiencing unusual weight gain. and I had been a personal trainer/conditioning coach for 15 yrs, and everything by body used to respond to, was now not...so I was desperate. I did pay vshred for the initial cost (I think like 30 bucks) and tried his pre-packaged workouts...It did nothing. I knew better, and now I know how ppl can fall into this scam when feeling desperate. Turns out, I was having major thyroid and adrenal issues. I am now on meds, and going back to the basics (running, sprinting, weight training, hiit and pilates, and I am back on track with some modifications suggested per Dr regarding my thyroid.
So glad this is coming out! I LITERALLY paid for my subscription to YouTube to STOP HAVING TO WATCH HIS TERRIBLE NON-STOP ADS! he's annoying as shit and hopefully this stops them!
