Ingredients:
24 Biscoff cream biscuits
Milk

1) Seperate the Biscoff cream from the biscuit layer into two different bowls.

2) Finely crush the biscuits in a blender, or put them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

3) Add 3tbsp milk to the crushed cookies and mix to form a dough.

4) Add 4tsp milk to the filling and mix to form a paste.

5) Roll the dough into a ball and put it on top of a sheet of cling film.

6) Press it into a rectangle and cover the top with cling film.

7) Roll the dough out to 0.5cm thick then remove the cling film from the top.

8) Trim the edges of the dough rectangle to make it neat.

9) Spoon on the cream filling and smooth it out.

10) Roll it up slowly and tightly using the cling film to help and then wrap the ends with it.

11) Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum.

12) Slice it into pieces.

13) Enjoy!

In my country we'd call these "rocambole" 🇧🇷 nothing to do with sushi

Why do they call these sushi? They’re like rolls but not sushi.
