WOOOW! this is the same question that was in today test
the only different thing is 40 instead of 20
and even the same answer choices
I won an entire 3 extra mins from this question

desmos: since we are trying to find q, we can make it equal to y. write the original equation in and plug in answer choices. (should be y=) then the rest. set a slider and you will see the same answer as C. :)

Hey. I didn't watch the full video but did you end up with 2 separate options because the question stated that all 4 variables were positive, yet you went with p = -1? I just used desmos, made sliders for all 3 variables except q (renamed r to d since r creates a circle), put in the initial expression where q = x to find approximately what q would be, then plugged in answers until I got something close to or equal the x value of the initial expression. Sorry if this explanation was wordy

For what it's worth, I did it algebraically, which didn't take long, and took the reciprocal at the end, like you did. But I was asked why I couldn't do the reciprocal at the beginning (which would have resulted in answer A, I believe), and I didn't have a good explanation for that (other than that it looked too easy for a #19, as you said). I don't even know what to google to find an answer online! Any suggestions how to find out?
