Hi bellinda, i come cross your channel a few days ago, i like the way you explain things, you straght get to the point. I am at university first year as a nursing associate . I further plan to do midwifery hopefully. i struggle writting essays and reflective acoount. What can i do to improve essay writting and reflective accounts? I cant find many nursing associate apprenticeships. Would you suggest getting a hca job first then asking the nhs trust youre working with to fund you for the nursing assoc8ate apprenticeship? Thanks

Good day nurse Belinda, once you’ve completed your 4 year nursing Course including the access course. Is it possible to further your studies in nursing like get a master degree honours to PhD in nursing/ or become a matron, midwife some sort just to level up ?
