🔧 Tools/Parts Used in this Video:

📌 Understanding the Bank 2 Upstream O2 Sensor:
The upstream oxygen sensor measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gases. It does this by comparing the oxygen content in the exhaust to the oxygen content in the surrounding air.

📌 Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Upstream) O2 Sensor Location:
Driver side of engine. In the exhaust stream, just outside the engine and before the catalytic converter.

⚙️ Possible OBD2 Codes for a Malfunctioning Bank 2 Sensor 1:
P0150 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
Similar to P0130, but specifically related to the oxygen sensor in Bank 2 Sensor 1, this code points to issues with the sensor circuit.
P0153 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
Similar to P0133, this code pertains to the oxygen sensor in Bank 2 Sensor 1 and signifies a sluggish sensor response.
P0154 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
Like P0134, this code is specific to Bank 2 Sensor 1 and indicates that the sensor is not providing any output.

If you're experiencing any of these OBD2 trouble codes, it's crucial to address the issue promptly for optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency.

Thank you for the information in this video. I was told by Advanced auto that Bank 2 sensor 1 is not the sensor your showing in this video as being before the cadilidic converter. That it was the sensor on the catalytic converter. So my question is which is it???

The driver's side is easy. Bank 1 upstream is a fucker. putting it in is not too much trouble. Plugging it in is fuck near impossible.
