Thanks for this! I had weight loss surgery this year and have lost 95 pounds so far, and now I’m working on strengthening and better balance, better flexibility.
It almost seems like my body doesn’t remember how to move correctly at this lighter weight :)

Great tips. I can’t walk up the stairs using opposite legs, I have to walk up just using my right leg to step up, these might help.

I climb stairs like a dog to avoid falling . I don’t go many places with stairs .
