Hey so the old glitch still works, you just can’t wear the armor on the frame as you leave the glass. You have to be in an empty frame with the armor in your inventory.

I started the open season quest and quickly traveled to the star core center. They started to attack and I began to move forward, I looked back and a raider was using quantum armor. Was easy to kill and decided to take the armor before the game glitches more and it disappears from the game entirely. The armor wasn't inside the exhibit and It wasn't open, I was still missing the one you get once you turn on the power.

if u want to get out in survival mode, just take the loot off the power armor then use it to get out again. Ur gonna have to ditch a frame tho
