Hi Wes, thanks for the video. I have a dual band modem 2.4 g and 5g and the camera connects to 2.4 and you can see a check mark next to it. There is an x next to 5g. However, I keep receiving a message indicating no wifi and no internet connection. Can you please suggest what else I can try please. Thank you
