Keaton is the greatest Batman of all time. His presence was remarkable when on screen. The eyes, the body language, he was just amazing. Also the music and the atmosphere is remarkable thanks to Tim Burton and Danny Elfman... This movie is legendary.

The way Elfman's score intensifies when the Batmobile zooms at the viewer head-on, scattering leaves as it drives into the night...it still gives me a thrill.

The shot where the batmobile drives straight into the camera and it flips over showing it drive away at high speed is EPIC! And that fire turbine in the back. This has been sealed in my memory since I first saw it as a kid. From the cast, script, story, and even music, it's perfect.

I remember being about 11-12 years old in the theater and enjoying the movie, but when this scene came on I was totally engrossed in it. So eerie, Gothic, epic, and mysterious. It's like I could feel the whole thing. It would not be the same without Danny Elfman's fantastic score. Still gives me chills almost 30 years later.

The shot of the Batmobile heading straight at the camera is simply magnificent. Probably my favourite ever shot from any movie ever. In fact the whole scene just oozes comic book class with that score. Nolan might have made Batman the benchmark again but there is no scene in his trilogy that even comes close to this.
