ME489 Introduction to FE Lecture 7: Finite element interpolation

We revisit the roadmap for FE once again and then briefly discuss the two requirements for the shape functions: continuity and completeness. Then, to illustrate the concepts, some Python plots are generated to showcase how to interpolate a function and its derivative with the nodal values and the shape functions.
