One thing I love about Michael Emerson is that while he is not what most people would consider conventionally handsome (though I find him attractive in his own unique way), he makes up for it by being very charmimg, classy and sophisticated. He is always clean-cut and well dressed, comes across as well-spoken and highly intelligent, and he has terrific manners. It angers me when people call him ugly because he's such a gentleman and that's much more important.

I still don't understand why Lost is still hated. It's really rare when tv show still wins emmy after five seasons.
Lost was a great show one of the best of american tv show of all time.
Everybody is excited today by game of thrones but it's all from a book. Lost was created from point A to Z...and even now since season 5 that GoT is "free" from the books, GoT is less good.

Michael Emerson was a great villain in this show with many layers. Benjamin Linus is one of the most iconic villains of tv shows with Tony Soprano or Walter White.

He's good on Person of Interest (heck, he's good in anything really), but to me he'll always be Ben Linus, the most twisted character on a show full of them. This was a great speech too, as if we could expect anything else from Michael Emerson.
