HERES THE HELP YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR: if on your laptop you search for devices and cant find your xbox one, even though both are on the same network and you have done everything in this video, then do this
1. search for HOMEGROUP on computer
2. LEAVE that homegroup, its doodoo. 
3. now try searching for xbox on laptop again (do what he tells you to do @ 00:45  hopefully it shows up or i look like an idiot.
4. try right clicking on video again and now you should have the PLAYTO option and chose xbox-OS or whatever yours is.

Back again I was able to find another more helpful video and glad I did cause you never said that I need xbox video app and xbox music app downloaded on xb1 to even do this in the 1st place. When I got my console back in Jan I removed those 2 app right away cause I never use them. So you might want to go back and redo a newer video covering what some one else told me that you never mentioned in your video. Not mad at ya just giving some constructive criticism. P.S. you may want to speak more clearly cause at the 1 min 20 sec mark I couldn't understand what you were trying to say. Other than that well put together video! Still give thumbs up even though you could not help me.
