The inability to accept death lies at the core of irrational and irresponsible behaviour across the world. If you truly accept it, how could you not live in complete gratitude for everything, from the air in your lungs to the relationships in your life.

I wake every day thankful to be alive and I live each day accordingly. You can too. Peace and love to all who read this 🙏

Every day at the top of my "to do" list at work I write this reminder: "You don't have to have an opinion about everything". It really helps me to stay out of the petty office chatter and just focus on my work.

Love how empowering it is when what I have power over is actually realized!

This man has really been helping me in my day to day life. I always have this ferocious psychological battle in my mind trying to fix every little thing. This never works, I have no control and embracing that is very beneficial.

This is true. Cognitive behavioural therapy outlines this too.

Thank you for sharing this.

I need more of this in my life.

These shorts have been showing up in my feed for a couple of days and I have watched them all. But this is the short that is getting me to subscribe. I need me some such reminders!

Home and work life have been a roller coaster of sorts lately and I’ve tried to manipulate the situations to how I see they “should” be instead of how they are and my actions, in some cases, have caused more grief and disparity. I feel fortunate to have happened upon this and I am thankful. We all need a little more of this in our everyday lives to put the Serenity of it back in perspective. Thank you.

I love the notion of how you have power over your opinions and perceptions, but everything else isn’t in your control. I’ve also started practicing Memento Mori a lot and it has changed my lifestyle drastically
