Quick and delicious light, airy, moist vanilla mug cake to instantly satisfy sweet tooth.

Serves 1. Makes a cupcake sized mug cake that is light, airy, and moist. Double or triple recipe if you want to fill up an entire mug. Add a tbsp more flour if you want a denser, more filling cake. If you don't have flour or baking powder at home, substitute ingredients 4 and 5 with pancake mix.

Ingredients:

1) 2 tbsp unsalted butter
2) 2 tbsp granulated sugar
3) 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt (greek or regular)
4) 1/4 cup flour (all purpose or cake flour)
5) 1 tsp baking powder
6) sprinkling of salt (optional)

Instructions:
1) Melt butter in microwave for 30 sec.
2) Stir in sugar and salt (optional).
3) Stir in yogurt.
4) Stir in flour.
5) Stir in baking powder.
6) Microwave for 90 sec.
