Been playing the update in a moment when I felt really sad. Got to this moment. Melinoe joined in the song. I stood there listening for a solid 10 minutes and felt relaxed for the first time in like three days.

This song made me pause the game for a solid ten minutes just to listen to it. It's so beautiful that it made me cry. To have this duet amidst a war...genius storytelling. The song encapsulates the themes of the game so well - Mel was exiled from her home and family and found protection, shelter and a new family amidst the silver sisters and the residents of the crossroads, a small sanctuary that stands against the storm raging the world, protected by the concealment of the Moon. It sounds like the chorus of an epic greek play, like a prayer dedicated to Selene (as they so often sang about and dedicated the plays to specific gods and goddesses).

My spouse and I shouted "ASHLEY!!!" as soon as we heard Artemis singing and I had to park there for awhile parked there for awhile just to listen. We'd been hoping to get more of her at some point so this was such an exciting surprise. This song is heartbreakingly beautiful.

i adore artemis’ and melinoe’s relationship in the game and this duet feels like a culmination of their close connection as the silver sisters. my god darren korb you’ve done it again

I somehow can't help but to imagine that this song would later be used as a chant to further conceal the crossroad from Chronos's forces when it's sung by the Witches (Hecate, Melinoe, Medea, and Circe), together with the Artemis and Selene, like a choir of some sort.

Hearing this song after the adrenaline rush of finally beating typhon after tens of attempts..it feels like the calm after the storm. Literally!
